Pi Capital completed a £3 million development capital investment in MediSpa Clinics, an all inclusive personal beauty business offering a wide range of cosmetic services under one roof. This North West based profitable company currently offers cosmetic surgery, non-surgical procedures and beauty therapies from three clinics. The investment will fund the roll out of a national network of clinics.
Three members of Pi’s network provided invaluable due diligence input enabling quick decision making. Going forward the board has been strengthened with the appointments of Terry Norris (Chairman), an experienced ‘roll out’ entrepreneur, and Elizabeth Wagstaff (non executive director), former chief executive at Robinia. Dan Goldberg, founder of the Hurlingham Clinic, acted as senior advisor. “The Pi members will be a huge asset to our business as it expands” Carl Lewis, MediSpa Chief Executive.
