Red-M Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Red-M Group, a leading provider of services and products for managing wireless infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Neil Clark as Chief Financial Officer.

“I am delighted to bring Neil on board,” said Dave Richmond, CEO, Red-M. “Neil’s appointment further strengthens our management team and his experience will bring significant financial management expertise to the company at this important stage of our development plans.”

Neil was previously CEO of Purple Voice Ltd, a provider of an enterprise class Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) application for the financial markets. Neil joined Purple Voice as financial controller and helped the company from a pre-revenue stage, through international expansion. He then led the company as CEO to an eventual sale to IPC Information Systems, a Goldman Sachs backed private equity business.

Before Purple Voice, Neil held senior financial management roles within PMSI, a UK based pharmaceutical market research business and the BBC. Neil qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte and Touche.

Commenting on his appointment Neil Clark said, “I’ve seen an explosion in the use of wireless technologies across all industries. I am delighted to join Red-M, whose Total Airspace Management approach to wireless infrastructure makes them such an exciting company in the rapidly growing wireless arena. I look forward to helping the team grow the company’s business and position Red-M for future success.”

Neil’s appointment follows that of Julia Uttley as Chief Operating Officer in December 2005 and Richard Greco, industry veteran and founder of Bulldog Communications, as chairman of the Board of Directors in January 2006.
