Aria Networks appoints Wolrad Claudy as Non-Executive Director

Aria Networks, a global provider of predictive real time capacity optimisation and management solutions, has appointed Wolrad Claudy as Non-Executive Director to develop Aria Networks’ strategy for optimising the delivery of next generation services, from the data centre to the web. Wolrad brings a wealth of high level expertise to the role, with more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications and IT industry, both in the UK and globally.

As a seed investor and consultant for start-up companies with broad experience in B2B sales and OSS solutions for communication service providers, Wolrad has been instrumental in setting up corporate and acquisition strategy for several global technology companies. Based in Germany, Wolrad holds a diploma in physics from the University of Stuttgart and currently lectures at the University of Darmstadt.

Wolrad most recently served as the Global Sales and Marketing Officer at US based Tekelec (now Oracle) with responsibility for more than half a billion in revenue. Previously Wolrad has held management positions at Alcatel, DSC and Inet Technology.
