Background
Red-M sells products and services that enable wireless networks to be designed, built and securely managed. The Company was formed out of the merger of two wireless technology companies, each providing a high quality and unique offering. The first, CDS, has developed a leading market reputation for designing and building multiple-spectrum wireless networks with a particular focus on networks inside buildings. The second, Red-M Comms, creats wireless security products, making use of significan proprietary technology. A new management team lead by David Richmond is reinvigorating the business and implementing a focused sales strategy to transform the dormant value within the business.
