New Media Age Jackpotjoy plans move into mobiles

The move follows a revamp of the senior management team at parent company Gamesys. The new team is planning expansion on a number of fronts, including increased marketing activity and a push into the US.
Michael Braga, the company’s new Marketing Director said a deal with a mobile operator should be sealed within weeks. This will see Jackpotjoy placed within the operator’s WAP portal.
The first games will be soft-launched in a few weeks and we’ll bring out a range of mobile games through the year,” Braga said.
The company is also looking to sign deals with other UK mobile networks and is planning a renewed branding push during the year I’m looking to do more above-the-line spend,” said Braga. “The marketing budget will grow this year.”
