Photocrowd is pleased to announce that Christina Vaughan is joining the Board as a non-executive director. Christina is the founder, former CEO and now non-exec chairman of leading stock image company Image Source. She is also the chairman of PixelRights, and former CEO of CueSongs.
In addition, Pim Piers, former CFO of Multimap, Unruly Media, Huddle, COO of uSwitch, Strategy and Business Development director at Microsoft and formerly of Deutsche Bank, will also be joining the Board in an observer capacity.
Photocrowd’s co-founder Liam Bailey is stepping down from the Board as an executive director, and moving towards an advisory and mentoring role. Liam will remain a significant shareholder and investor, and will continue to support the Board going forward.
These changes are a reflection of the company’s continued growth, maturity and progress, as Photocrowd moves into the next phase of its development with the support of commensurate levels of senior sector, commercial and strategic experience within the Board and the wider team.
