Metrasens, the leading provider of advanced magnetic detection technologies, has presented James Basinger, Deputy Commissioner with the Indiana Department of Corrections, with the company’s Corrections Customer of the Year award. Mr. Basinger was presented the award during the American Correctional Association (ACA) Conference held in St. Louis, Missouri.
“The customer of the year recognition is a new program for Metrasens, honoring a corrections industry customer each year that embodies the vision and values of Metrasens as an organization and, through thought leadership and operational excellence, advances contraband detection security practices within the industry”, said Jim Viscardi, Vice-President of Global Security for Metrasens. “This year, we are honored to present this award to Jim and recognize his progressive leadership in the industry and within the Indiana Department of Corrections.”
