Harrah’s, the land-based casino giant, operators of Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, have recently launched an online casino, caesarscasino.com. It has now been announced that Harrah’s plan to launch an online bingo site into the United Kingdom online bingo market at the beginning of 2010.
The casino giant will be using Gamesys bingo software to run their online bingo site, while they have chosen Dragonfish online casino software for their online casino site, Caesars Casino Online. The decision to use Gamesys is a little surprising since Dragonfish also offers online bingo software.
Details of special offers and promotions, such as bonuses, have not been released at this time, although there is a good chance of a generous welcome bonus if the online bingo site is run along similar lines to the online casino site run by Harrah’s. A 100% match bonus up to £500 is being offered by Harrah’s new online casino, Caesars Casino Online.
For those new players who may have trouble spelling the name of the online bingo room, or for those simply concerned about typos, Harrah’s have registered the correctly spelled caesarsbingo.com and caesarsbingo.co.uk, as well as ceasarsbingo.com, and ceasersbingo.co.uk.
Although the Caesars Bingo site will be launched in a few weeks time in the UK, players from the United States will be unable to play on the site at this time. When Harrah’s launched their online casino, US players were also excluded because of the uncertain Internet gambling laws in the United States.
